Custom Orders

All BoomClap Magnets products are custom-made using photos you provide. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Photo selection or cropping preferences
• Minor color or finish variations

We carefully inspect each order before shipping to ensure the highest quality.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’re happy to help. Please contact us at info@boomclapmagnets.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
